To become a part of The AWF Family, 

Residents participate in the program voluntary and must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Be between the ages of 13-21

• Be non-violent, drug free or willing to participate in drug /Alcohol abuse program

• Older youths aging out of foster care must have a copy of signed aftercare agreement

• Youth who are victims must have supporting documentation and / or referral from law enforcement agencies.

• Immigrant youth have an agency referral with documentation

• Be willing to commit to community service hours a week while enrolled in the program

In addition, to complete the process, we require:

• Completed Application for Admission Form

• Prior to placement resident will be interviewed and must commit themselves to the program
